The Grand Tour’s James May Roasts YouTube Influencer’s Cars

James May has become a bit of a YouTube sensation recently with him taking over the DriveTribe channel for the most part where he talks about electric cars and the future and hydrogen and all sorts of fun, but boring James May things. Now, he’s taken to the camera again to roast the cars of other YouTubers, such as TJ Hunt, Jason Fenske, and Seen Through Glass.

May is surprisingly knowledgable about the ‘influencers’, with a background knowledge of them and their cars. I’m not sure if he researched them specifically for this video, but we know from previous videos that he enjoys sitting down in an evening and catching up on his online video.

Who’s your favourite YouTube influencer? Let us know in the comments.

We can’t help but love a bit of Harry Metcalfe, former owner of Evo Magazine (also one of the greatest car magazines) and a brilliant YouTuber who really knows his stuff. I’ll whack a video below for you to check out, because he really is worth a watch.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps.

He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX.
