The Grand Tour Begins Filming New Episode Beginning With A Crash From Richard Hammond

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May have been spotted filming another episode of The Grand Tour in Crickhowell, south Powys, Wales, last Friday.

A video, taken by a fan watching over the mayhem, shows a disgruntled Richard Hammond crashing into a Citroen Saxo on a quiet street, trying to push it out of the way so he could park his own vehicle, which looks to be a Renault Scenic. With spinning tyres and plenty of noise, Hammond successfully manages to push the other car over before getting out of his Renault and walking down the street.

This is obviously a staged accident, with it being filmed closely by cameramen for the upcoming episode.

One viewer of the video didn’t realise it was for filming, and tagged the police in the original post on Twitter. They responded with the following:

“Hi Philip, thanks for getting in touch. We are aware of some filming happening in and around this area at the moment, but thanks for letting us know.”

With The Grand Tour’s Scotland Special still wearing no release date, this is now two episodes that the crew have begun work on and are yet to release. Alongside the recently revealed TV show from Richard Hammond named Remarkable Rivers and Jeremy Clarkson’s I Bought The Farm, fans have plenty to look forward to later this year.
