Jeremy Clarkson Praises Farming Partner Kaleb Cooper After Clarkson’s Farm Success “He’s Such A Find And I Enjoy Spending Time With Him”

Jeremy Clarkson has swapped out the adventures of the grand tour for something a lot closer to home: his Diddly Squat Farm and his new show Clarkson’s Farm. The Grand Tour hasn’t completely come to an end, but with only two episodes a year, it’s safe to say it’s slowed down.

Now, for almost two years, Clarkson has been working alongside Kaleb Cooper on his farm to build a successful business away from the driver’s seat, and now the ex-Top Gear presenter has revealed what it’s like to do this.

Jeremy has been filming car shows alongside Richard Hammond and James May since 2003, where the three would travel across the world behind the wheels of incredible cars and on missions we couldn’t even begin to imagine. Clarkson’s Farm on the other hand has meant Clarkson could stay at home with his large Lamborghini tractor and his sheep. It was hilarious, and soon became one of the most highly praised shows to appear on Amazon Prime Video.

Clarkson talked to Times Radio about his new career move:

“It’s refreshing, I think it’ll be refreshing for the viewers because people on my farm like Charlie, Kaleb and Gerald… they’re not celebrities, they don’t want to be celebrities.

“They were actually quite annoyed to have the cameras poking in their noses all the time because they wanted to get on with the job and work,” he reveals.

“I think it’s refreshing for people to see actual proper people on television which you rarely see these days.

“Kaleb is a star, he’s such a find and I enjoy spending time with him, he’s 21 and he’s more entrepreneurial than anyone I know,” Jeremy admits, “he’s a great kid and acts older than me.”

A second series of Clarkson’s Farm has now been confirmed, with Jeremy posting to Instagram to share the good news:

”Following the success of the first series, I’m delighted to say there will be a second series of Clarkson’s Farm.”
