This Lamborghini Miura Rendering Is Exactly What We Need Right Now

We love a good render here at Grand Tour Nation and boy have we got a good’un for you all today. Please feast your eyes on a modern recreation of the Lamborghini Miura by Marco van Overbeeke.

The Lamborghini Miura was a sports car produced by the Italian powerhouse between 1966 and 1973 – it was the first supercar with a rear mid-engined two seat layout. Although released in 1966, the first concept was seen in a production road car in 1964 with René Bonnet’s Matra Djet.

In a modern-day setting, we would like to imagine the new age Miura would feature the same 5.2 litre V10 engine from the Lamborghini Huracán, pumping out a massive 449 horsepower. If this was the case, we can estimate that the modern Miura would have a 0-60mph time of 2.5 seconds and a massive max speed in the region of 212 mph.
