And now Lamborghini have given us something to salivate over a day before the official unveiling in the form of a teaser tweet. As with anything ‘teaser’ related, it really doesn’t give much away, but we don’t have to wait long to see the Sian Roadster in all of its glory.
As mentioned, the tweet really doesn’t give anything away but the little minuscule bit of detail is enough to get us excited – showing us the back of the vehicle and some pretty aerodynamic friendly rear fins.
Here is the full Tweet:
The future is here, and it is unlike anything the world may have seen before. Get ready to witness the official unveiling of our latest creation at 6 PM CEST on July 8th, 2020 on https://t.co/4SLPw939p1, and our YouTube channel.#Lamborghini #AheadofItsTime pic.twitter.com/5yEXz5a3Ye

In terms of mechanics, the Sian Roadster is expected to be mechanically identical to the coupe. Therefore it’ll most likely use the same 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V12 engine to pump a massive 774 horsepower as well as an additional 34 horses from the cars electric motor to the cars four wheels – a eye watering total of 808 horsepower.
With all the power under the hood, it will come as no surprise the Sian Roadster is expected to go from 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds and have of a top speed of over 217 mph.
Sadly the Sian FKP 37 Coupe was famously limited at only 63 units, so if you want to get your hands on the latest Lambo, be sure you’ll have to fight to get one.
