The Grand Tour Spotted In France With Rare Italian Supercar

According to a user on The Grand Tour Reddit, The Grand Tour was spotted in Bourg St Maurice, which is in the French Alps, filming a scene with a rare Italian supercar.

Unfortunately you’ll have to click here to see the video!

The car in question is a De Tomaso Pantera, a mid-engined supercar with a Ford V8 supplying 330-350hp depending on which iteration it is. You can hear the car in its full glory in the video below.

As you can see from the first video, it’s impossible to see who’s driving. But we can guess that they’re producing some form of getaway or street racing film due to the sounding of horns coming from other road users. Obviously the other road users know what’s happening and are part of the team.

We can’t wait to see more snippets as we get them and we look forward to seeing Season 3 of The Grand Tour!

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
