You’ll Love Japan’s Answer To Top Gear And The Grand Tour

In the 90s, car enthusiasts didn’t really have a good motoring show on TV. The racing was great, from incredible F1 cars to rally driving on TV with bollocks larger than the screen you could watch it on. But there wasn’t really anything funny you could watch where they messed around with cars. These days we’re completely spoilt with Top Gear and The Grand Tour and all the endless car shows being hosted on Youtube…

Yes there was Top Gear, but it wasn’t the Top Gear the majority os us fell in love with. Japan however, had something very special. It’s called SUPER BATTLE, and you’re going to love it.

This amazing Japanese show consisted of the best cars being pushed to their absolute limits on Japan’s best racing circuit, Tsukuba. In this epsisode they’re playing with a Ferrari F40, a Ruf CTR, an NSX and a handful of Supras just or fun. And they’re not playing safe with these weapons, they’re driving them to the limit in quite close proximity.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
