Man Builds Track Around His House For Drift Practice

If there’s one thing we all wish we could do, it would be to build a track around your house. No longer would I have to drive an hour to get to my local track or worry about what I’d get home in if I took a corner too hard. this would be the answer to all of our questions.

The track you can see above belongs to a man in New Zealand, Takeshi Teruya, although originally he came from Japan. Obviously drifting runs through his blood as he built this miraculous track after watching a festival where races were taking part on someone’s driveway.

The track is 425ft long and constructed by Teruya himself to allow him to practice drifting whenever he was at home. His neighbours even helped with the build and genuinely love it! the same can’t be said about his wife, who was not overly happy with the turnout.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
