A Cop Pulls Over Another Cop – Turns Out No One Is Above The Law!
Us here Brits over the pond don’t usually hear good things about the American police force. The reason being is that the good things that happen aren’t put on the news. The bad bits on the other hand are pushed against our faces until we can recite the damn news report. So it’s not our fault, we promise.
So when something good happens like this, I feel it’s our duty to show people, and to thank and compliment the work of the policeman/woman. So here’s one example. Thank you policewoman for upholding the law – the way it should be.
This video shows FHP Trooper Donna Watts pulling over a speeding police car, arresting and detaining the driver – another policeman from Miami – at gunpoint. He was recorded at driving 120mph while off duty, resulting in his arrest. It even turned out that he was a habitual offender.
This arrest didn’t go down to well between the agencies and has led to a few unfortunate incidents, some incidents including port-a-potty excrement… Nice huh?
The offender was apparently earning $52,000 a year to protect and serve the people of Miami, but he used his police car to speed to another job while he was off duty. Good thing he had another job, too, as he was fired from this one.
