The Camaro ZL1 Exorcist: Now Available In Topless Edition

For those of you who are unfamiliar, let me give you a very brief primer on what Hennessey Performance does. They take cars that are already somewhat quick, make them even faster, then stand back and think “nah, this could be even faster and more insane.”

Then after all is said and done, they think “More.”

Take a look at the Chevy Camaro ZL1 Exorcist by Hennessey Perfomance, a clever name to let us know that it is a Dodge Demon slayer. Essentially, The Exorcist is a 1,000 HP ZL1 and includes a tune (obviously), a bigger supercharger, upgraded cams and intercooler, ported head, and new headers (in addition to a variety of appearance options).

If you happen to have a convertible ZL1, then fret not; you can now convert that to an Exorcist too if you so choose. This video shows a vert Exorcist on the dyno, and it has a glorious sound, which should be even more enjoyable with the top down.

However, there’s the pricing, and that’s usually where people start to second guess their decision. A ZL1 coupe Exorcist package will run you around $118,000, which is approximately $34,000 more than a Dodge Demon. Opting for the convertible version will put you at just over $125,000.

That’s pretty big money to spend on a Camaro, no matter how insanely fast it can go.
