Brave Biker Chases Hit & Run Driver – Finally Catches Him

This is less of a YouTube video, and more of a high action car chase movie. It even has the soundtrack to match!

A moto-vlogger named Dick Danger – yep – witnesses a 2008 Mercedes S-Class first of all hit oncoming traffic, then hit a truck, then finally coming to a standstill in the rear of a Toyota Prius. The German Merc’ is badly damaged and smoke begins to erupt from the engine bay.

A police officer who was near by pulls over, as do the drivers of the damaged cars, and start to approach the Mercedes – the driver is still sat in the driver’s seat. Until this point, it just looks like a piece of bad driving that has gone seriously wrong. That was until the Mercedes reversed away from the crumpled hybrid and aggressively flees the scene at full pelt.

With instinct kicking in, the brave motorcyclist begins his pursuit!

*Cue the action movie soundtrack*

After driving recklessly for miles and it becoming apparent that the Mercedes driver isn’t under the influence, he finally comes to a stop. Not before his car has all but fallen apart leaving a trail of debris on the freeway and surrounding roads.

In his quick thinking, Dick Danger had been on the phone to the police while in pursuit, keeping them updated as to where they were going, so they were quickly at the scene and ready to arrest the drunken/drugged up man who finally showed himself once he’d come to a stop.

While what the motorcyclist did was extremely brave and selfless, it was also incredibly dangerous. But who knows who could have been hurt if the driver hadn’t eventually succumbed to the biker’s pressure and pulled over. Thank you friendly biker!

“I was wrong”, the Mercedes driver tells Dick Danger. Really? You think?

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
